Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Regional Training Manager for a Multinational Company (Beauty sector) in Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
* Manage the training for all the beauty advisors (induction, category/ product knowledge)
* Hold briefings for the on-floor trainers and beauty advisors
* Manage the yearly training plan for all the company's Beauty Advisors on new launches and product knowledge
* Conduct monthly follow ups on the in-store training and with the Beauty Advisors
* Attend quarterly meeting with the Store Managers
* Work alongside the Brand Manager to manage the monthly training plan, yearly calendar
* Manage the content and material for every training session (tutorials, videos, team building)
* Customize the content for each country
* Prepare a quarterly report to be shared with the line manager
Requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a regional training manager in Beauty sector
* Excellent product knowledge in skincare and/or make up
* Strong communications skills to conduct training and coaching
* Flexibility when it comes to travelling across the GCC
* Candidate must Read, Write and Speak in Arabic
