Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for a Training Manager to join their team in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to deliver quality training programmes, that are engaging and constantly evolving to capture the company’s audience and meet the growth strategy.

The key responsibilities of the role, are to develop the company’s talent to reach their potential while achieving success in the business. In order to achieve this, the Training Manager will be a proven leader with operational training experience, who will be responsible for driving operational excellence and championing the company culture.

This role requires a Manager with experience developing, adapting and executing individual and shared team training. In addition, the Training Manager will be responsible for the development of all training and learning initiatives within the company operations, this will be across all activities and levels of leadership.

In order to apply for this role, you must have the following:-

• Three years training management experience in a fast-paced, high volume training role;
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges and be decisive.
• Proven experience teaching a variety of tasks in hospitality or retail operations, you must have a strong ability to create, organise and execute a plan with a collaborative and creative approach;
• Ability to evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner;
• Workshop facilitation skills;
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation for stakeholders groups at varying levels;
• In-depth knowledge of training techniques, engagement and assessment;
• Intermediate technical skills specifically Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Canva, Illustrator, LMS, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel;
• Experience working with global operations and diverse workforces;
• Background in Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality desirable but not essential.
