Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Support the FCC Training & Development Manager in consulting with the business stakeholders and conducting Training Needs Analyses.
- Assist in designing training modules, including learning objectives, measurable outcomes, content and instructional strategies. This will include new modules as well as improvements and updates to existing modules.
- Work with the FCC Instructional Designer to develop and test training materials, reference materials and job aids for those modules.
- Collaborate with the Policy & Advisory Team to align the modules and materials with the Bank’s policies.
- Conduct pilot sessions of these modules and advise the FCC Instructional Designer on any necessary revisions.
- Evaluate employees’ knowledge and skill development as a result of these modules, and use that information to enhance and design future programs.
- Align with stakeholders on learning delivery of relevant FCC related programmes.
- Manage any other projects that may be assigned to them.
- This role will also contribute to the process for the creation of learning programs and execute group training strategy.

Requirements

- Experience in program facilitation (classroom or online).
- Experience in content management and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as presentation and program facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across business lines with banking, policy and HR professionals.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to accept new and varied assignments.
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
