Training Manager for a Casual Dining Restaurant

Job description / Role

Training Manager up to 12K AED for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai

- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Deploying a wide variety of training methods
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)

Requirements

- Open to any nationality
- Male/Female, 40 y/o and below
- BS Degree in Restaurant Management/Hospitality, Human Resources or any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Training Manager/Supervisor in a Restaurant or Hospitality setting
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- Can start immediately (1-month max)
- Work Location: City Walk/Bluewater’s Dubai, UAE
- Salary up to 12,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
