Job description / Role
As a part of Aftersales National Sales Department, you will as a Training Manager impart classroom led technical training on new car features/technologies for aftersales and sales associates.
You will have to achieve targeted training man-hours / man-days to ensure the representative mix of technical skills at all locations by designing and imparting appropriate technical training courses.
You will also assess training needs, identify the gaps, prepare development plans of technicians and accordingly impart plan training.
Requirements
You will have to have a minimum of these Qualifications and Experience:
Either a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or extensive and specialised training in heavy machinery. (Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with sound knowledge of electronics available on board new generation vehicles).
8 years in service field of automotive/heavy or industrial machinery industry, out of this, 4 years should be as training instructor.
