What you will do

The Transformation Assurance- Value Director is responsible for ensuring our customers get tangible, quantifiable value from Oracle's products and services. The role works directly with the customer along with the Systems Integrator and other relevant stakeholders to establish clear business objectives, and industry-specific measurement KPIs and mobilize all relevant aspects of implementation programs to fulfill their KPI targets and business outcomes.

- Value and Quality Control: Extensive experience working QA and advising technical delivery teams, creating value cases and overseeing critical performance aspects of delivery quality to meet the original objectives. PMO experience is a plus.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various business units, departments, and external partners to build strong working relationships and ensure alignment with our customer's business transformation objectives.
- Team Management and Collaboration: Manage teams where applicable. Contribute to coordinating cross-functional teams with varying backgrounds and skillsets to work towards a common goal.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect the success of business transformation projects. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks.
- Reporting & Predictive Analytics: Create insightful reports and KPI tracking measures to monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and model potential outcomes based on variable analysis with various inputs.

Requirements

Required Experience

- Hands-on experience with business analysis, QA, PMO, or other oversight in successful large-scale technical/digital transformation programs.
- Experience coaching and advising senior leaders of large organizations on critical strategic and operational issues.
- Experience working with and/or for blue chip Systems Integrators through large-scale full life cycle Oracle implementations.
- Direct experience and working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Business change management expertise. Familiarity of Business Change methodologies, tools, mobilization, and execution.
- Technically proficient. Ability to create and maintain sophisticated program trackers, status reports, and analysis.
- Extensive background in one or more of the major industries Oracle services (e.g. financial services, retail, manufacturing, professional services, consumer goods, etc.).
