Job Description:
• Evaluate visa requirements, guide clients on necessary documents and procedures, submit applications promptly, and stay informed about visa regulations for accurate client advice.
• Help clients book flights aligning with preferences and budgets, offer flight details including schedules and routes, confirm reservations efficiently, and manage ticket changes or cancellations when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, nurture client relationships with tailored travel solutions, and uphold a professional, friendly demeanor when addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain precise records of visa applications and bookings
• Ensure secure handling and storage of client information and documents.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• Must have at least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role, with a focus on Visa and Ticket services
• Must have In-depth knowledge of UAE visa requirements, application processes, and travel regulations
• Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) for flight reservations
• Must be proficient in relevant software and tools for reservations and documentation
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
