Treasury Executive

Job description / Role

The treasury executive role is to assists the Treasury Analyst in processing the payment requests from entities. He / She will be in charge of customer related queries; he / she will liaise with the Group Companies and external bank for daily operational inquiries.

The treasury executive will also be the overall in-charge of treasury documentation and filing.
- Assists the Treasury Analysts in handling the payment requests.
- Assists Treasury Analysts role in handling the payments processing;
- Releases the cheques to group companies.
- Assists in handling the PDC Warehousing Operations.
- Customer Related Queries.
- In charge of receiving queries from group companies and ensures that the related queries are resolved.
- Liaise with group companies on the daily external and in-house bank queries.
- Over-all in charge of Treasury documentation and records.
- Assists in all other activities as required including treasury projects.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/Business or related.
- At least 2 years of experience in payment processing.
- Excellent Communications and Teamwork skills.
- Attention to details, organized and is able to multi-task.
