Trilingual Call Centre Agent (Arabic/English/French)

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading boutique customer service company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Trilingual Call Centre Agent ( Arabic/English/French speaking ). Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for dealing with incoming calls in a professional/timely and courteous manner, escalating unresolved complaints to the Supervisor and other duties deemed suitable by the Line Manager.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in Arabic, English and French and have call centre experience within the 5 star hospitality/luxury sector.

Please note the company work a shift pattern which is below:

2 shifts: either 10am – 7pm or 1pm – 10pm. 5 day working week however your 2 days off may not be every weekend.
