About the Client:
The hiring company is an engineering company expert in surface coating and precision machining.
Job Role:
• Polishing and superfinishing of finished ground components – achieving specific drawing surface finishes
• Centre lathe machining a variety of components within required standards.
• Performing roughing and finishing operations inc basic Milling and drilling operations
• Mounting and dismounting workpieces on/from lathe
• Checking finished pieces to ensure compliance with technical drawings
• Able to read micrometers imperial + metric as well as Working to tight tolerances
• Setting and operating machines tools efficiently
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationality
• Male, 25-40 years old and below
• High School diploma or any relevant certificate
• Minimum 5 years of similar work experience
• Able to stand for extended period of time and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be confident in using Fanuc controls
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance
• With strong leadership/team building qualities
