Job description / Role
The role will be responsible for the channel and corporate shooting tasks including camera filming, lighting set up and audio recording you should have good eyesight, able to hold the camera for a long period, arrange post-production process of filmed footage including editing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Observe set or location to determine camera shooting and lighting requirements.
- Select cameras, accessories, equipment.
- Set up cameras and related equipment to produce the desired effects.
- Assembling all raw footage with the camera shots recorded or manually transferred onto high digital format.
- Digitizing uncut rushes and sound, synchronizing and storing them into files on computer.
- Digitally cutting the files to determine the sequence of the storyboard or script provided.
- Sorting, re-arranging and creating a digital rough cut of the program using the material stored on the computer.
- Filming and postproduction of the channel live events and activities
- Excellent technical knowledge in SD and HD content ingestion, processing and quality control.
Requirements
- Diploma in TV production
- Related Professional Training, Certification or Membership:
- Any television production related certificate.
- Final Cut Pro program familiarity
- Years & Field of Experience required:
- 8-10 years TV production.
