The Business Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Description
* Single point of contact that can connect departments and drives data collection internally.
* Improves operations by focusing on portal upload, invoicing upload, order processing in Customer Service.
* Works closely with Business Leaders, Sales team, IT, Finance, COE, Supply Chain and Customer Service to cultivate data analysis to drive efficient collaboration.
* Provides analysis for account assessment and tracking of commercial progress.
* Develop different business performance dashboards to monitor and assess all targeted KPIs.
* Monitors and reports results to business leadership.

Requirements
* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or similar.
* Numerical and reasoning skills
* Language: Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written
