During your tenure as a Senior Associate in Value Creation Services, IT Due Diligence, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Evaluate the Information Technology (IT) related opportunities and risks in relation to a potential merger, acquisition or divestiture.
- Identify potential remedial actions to address, and communicate due diligence key findings
- Assess IT-related performance of companies and develop potential options to enhance performance or reduce operating costs
- Assess the IT strategy and alignment with the firm's business strategy
- Comment on IT vendor contracts and degree of reliance on key support services
- Support the project team in the preparation of reports and deliverables
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

Requirements

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM field with a Master's in management or MBA
- Experience in IT systems applications, architecture, infrastructure, and good understanding of common IT processes
- Prior exposure to the M&A lifecycle and due diligence preferred
- Core skills in written and verbal communication, report writing, facilitation and presentation to senior executives.
- Highly collaborative, teaming across client departments and functions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of industry trends and insights are also valuable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and (fluency in Arabic is desirable) for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
