Vendor Managed Inventory & Co-Managed Inventory Analyst (VMI/CMI)

Position Summary

• To efficiently manage the customer replenishment process focused on service delivery and consistent satisfaction achievement.

A day in the life of

• Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers' expectations and needs
• Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestle locations
• Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestle to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)
• Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation
• Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers' expectations and needs
• Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestle locations
• Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestle to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)
• Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation
• Participate in alignment meetings with Demand Supply Planning and Generating Demand
• Participate in Nestle Continuous Excellence operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the VMI/CMI process
• In depth use of the VMI-CMI technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Nestle and Customer systems

Requirements

• Soft Skills on interaction, Flexibility and ability to cope with complexity in a multi-category Organisation.
• Service & business improvement orientation
• Two or more years of preferably operational experience in (Order to Cash)O2C in a similar market environment or trade structure.
• Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
• Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
• Working in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support
• Experience in related business improvement projects
