This role will involve managing various projects and senior project managers for Mega Projects and High rise.
- Full P&L Responsibility reporting to the board
- Hands on if required with projects
- 360 management of construction from inception to design to the finish of the project
- Commercial management
Requirements
- You must have experience of mega projects 150 million AED upwards
- You must be managing project directors and senior PMS at the moment
- P&L experience of projects
- 360 degree experience in construction from inception
- Design management experience
- High rise experience
