Vice President - Marketing

The VP of Marketing will focus on driving the marketing strategies pf potential projects and start up creations through the early stages of development. This will include providing detailed market research and validation reports as part of the selection criteria and overseeing the full marketing programme as the project progresses. This will include driving the execution of campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels in line with defined strategies; capturing results, analysis and subsequent conclusions on how to improve initiatives across different projects.

The VP will oversee a strong team and will report to the Director and members of the Executive team. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in launching and growing brands and products, with a strong background in ecommerce and /or marketplace. Advanced marketing, management and economic evaluation skills will be tested, and candidates will be expected to have both digital and creative marketing skills.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, preferably Digital and an MBA from a recognised business school. We are seeking seasoned marketing professionals with at least 10 years’ experience and most importantly, with an entrepreneurial spirit and mind set, who are high achievers. Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is essential.
