Binghatti Developers is hiring a talented Video Editor.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Editing video content that will be supplied by the Videographer and making sure that final output complies to the requirements based on the different marketing mediums/platforms
• Create visual effects or motion graphics
• Input music, dialogues, and graphics
• Work both on and off-site
• Responsible and able to deliver outstanding level service
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
• Understand how capture studio-quality video and photographs
• Knowledgeable in editing photos using Lightroom or Photoshop
• Knowledgeable in Media Production
• Capable of managing and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Collaboration with Videographer/Photographers
• Work with our creative teammates
• Adhere to the company's brand guidelines
• Present to Brand Manager / Group Marketing Manager
• Content creation, develop and produce monthly content calendar ready for production
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand company requirements to produce great results. Editing photo/video projects using Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects (Dialogue cutting, editing consultant and trouble-shooter)
• Create rough and final cuts
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Take a brief to grasp production team's needs and specifications
Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity
• Manage content for all brands across all Social Media platforms
• Data wrangling
• Media management and archiving of completed jobs leading from the front, a creative individual who can adapt our products into great communication for our audience
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict content deadlines.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
• Knowledge in Maya, Blender, 3D Studio Max, or any other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Knowledge in 3D Animation is a plus
• Knowledgeable with Adobe photo editing software is a plus
• Driving License would be an advantage

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Education Requirements

Working Experience & Skills
• Has a minimum 3-year experience in Video Editing. Motion Graphics, and Visual Effects
• Highly proficient in editing with Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Highly Creative, Multitalented, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity 3D modelling and compositing
• Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential
• Tech savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing.
• Knowledge with Social Media Platforms
• Knowledge of safe work practices, particularly lighting and manual handling.
• Creative with an extraordinary eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and occasionally on weekends
• Good team player
• Flexible with good initiative able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for several outcomes)
• Responsible and able to deliver outstanding service levels
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
