Video Production Manager

Job description / Role

Company: A global Communications and PR group.

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the production process, coordination of all production activities (pre-production, production, and post-production) and operations runs efficiently.

You will report to the Video Production Lead / Director, while working alongside the production, and the wider creative communications professionals (social media & PR, design, videography, and photography).

Responsibilities:
• To be a production consultant for the group in the UAE, working alongside the digital, social media and PR teams to schedule and coordinate all filming projects.
• Work alongside the video production lead to enhance the production process to deliver a smooth a production workflow.
• To work alongside the UAE office’s senior management team across all service functions to proactively upsell the agency’s video production services.
• To work alongside the UAE office’s senior management team on the full spectrum of content ideation, content approvals and copywriting for clients.
• To monitor and plan the production process and adjust schedules/workflow where needed/applicable.
• Responsible for preparing, updating, and distributing crew lists, daily progress, schedule changes and the final production schedule.
• To work alongside the director/producer to manage and implement budgets for upcoming shoots/events and outsource accordingly.
• To contact, brief and share key speaking points exhibitors, event organizers and key spokespeople prior to filming.
• To act as a production’s point of contact with crew, including call sheet, schedules, and call time.
• Work alongside the director/producer during filming to execute a smooth production and supervise production assistants to run any errands necessary for the film’s production.
• To make sure all paperwork, passes and any other documents are received and approved prior to filming.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• At least 7-8 years of experience in the industry in a similar role.
• Experience with a digital agency in the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing production team/crew.
• Experience in managing all facets of video production- pre-production/post-production.
• Understanding and managing client expectations.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Videography background.
