A leading Sports retailer in the UAE is looking to hire a Visual Merchandising Manager to join their sports retail team.
As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
* Responsible for look and feel of the regions store,
* Conduct store visit for training, developing store staff on the visual merchandise process
* Develop action plan by location to maximize sales through visual merchandise opportunities
* Support merchandising efforts of offsite special events
* Develop and implement merchandise manual for toll and training resources
To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications:
* 3 yrs. plus experience as visual merchandise management with retail sports background
* Commercial experience, preferably within a design agency
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Supervisory Experience
