Michael Page Retail in Dubai are looking for a Visual Merchandise Manager - Beauty, to head up a leading Beauty Retailer in the Middle East. This person will report into the Brand Director and lead a team of Visual Merchandiser's regionally.

This company is a leading Beauty Retailer in the Middle East with 200 + stores.

The role of Visual Merchandise Manager - Beauty is to:
- To lead the development of new Store Design and Fixturing concepts for the brand
- To lead the development of VM Campaigns across multiple generations of the shops
- To guarantee the look and feel of the store is in line with Brand positioning and image
- To guarantee the Store quality of materials and fixtures is respected and updated.
- To guarantee the maximum productivity of the store

Job Offer

Requirements

* Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration wit 5+ years of experience in the visual merchandising domain within Retail
* 3 of which in leadership position managing a team
* Experience in photoshop, illustrator CAD skills etc
* Being able to write guidelines from scratch for a regional team
