Job description / Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Anticipating and maximizing customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays
• Maximizing profitability with engaging signage and campaigns
• Creating displays that are creative, on-trend, and appealing
• Arranging in advance new ideas and strategies for displays of new product launches
• Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy
• Design various window displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs
• Manage budget and track costs and expenses
• Collaborate with other store staff
• Adjust displays in order to promote new products and special offering
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Strong listening skills; confident presentation and decision making skills
• Up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office.
• Experience with design software, or similar software preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the brand and product preferred

Other than supplying to the retail outlets the Group also exports to countries across the GCC and Egypt.
