Job description / Role
Charterhouse is exclusively working with a Luxury Men’s RTW Brand who is currently looking to hire a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser with a base in Dubai to support stores within the Middle East region.
This role will implement the HQ visual merchandising strategy in Middle East region, ensuring a high level of product display and visual merchandising of all products maximise their sales potential. In addition, this role will be responsible for the creation of appealing and eye-catching visual displays and window installations that lead the customer through the entire store.
The Visual Merchandiser is expected to stay updated with the latest seasonal trends and conduct competitor store visits as well as maintain relationships with outsourced retail design partners and manage the process within budget.
This role will report to the Visual Merchandise Manager and will support multiple stores in the region, therefore, the role requires continuous travelling to Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working as Visual Merchandiser for an international luxury fashion brand, with an exceptional attention to detail, creativity, a passion for fashion and retail.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and a capability to interact with the international team on a high level. This role requires someone who can be flexible to adapt around the needs of the business and frequently travel between GCC countries.
