Visual Store Executive

Job description / Role

Our client, a major fashion retailer is looking for a Visual Store Executive based in Dubai.

The Visual Store Executive responsibilities include:
- Understand the brief, the theme and the concepts sent by Company Head Office
- Recruit new talents and new creative agencies for the design of the windows of the stores in the middles east.
- Liaise with HQ to approve ALL the concept and the new Artists or the agencies.
- Deliver the right brief to the creative agencies or to the artists by following company guidelines.
- Build the Windows’ planning for our stores and retro-planning with actions details (Drawing Approval-Production approval-set-up-merchandising…).
- Manage the yearly Budget.
- Arrange new seasonal windows changes every 3 months.
- Operational tasks: Arrange the factory for sample approval, Mall permit, night Setup, Security, Merchandising selection, …
- Organize the shipment of windows props.
- Manage the international Artist when they come for Windows projects (budget, booking, logistics …)
- Liaise with the visual merchandising team for product selection
- Manage on site during set-up multiple suppliers and artists
- Follow up the windows’ dismantling, warehouse and storage of the props.
- Arrange the logistics for windows’ photography and share the photos of the windows with.
- Be the main contact for the Store managers’ feedback and find the way to improve the results if necessary.

Salary is 16,000 to 17,000 AED per month + benefits.

- Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good contact with suppliers and stores.
- Decision Maker and problem solver.
- Team Player, presentable and energetic.
- Well organized and multi-tasking
- Pro-active and Flexible person, ability to can work under pressure and night shifts for the window installations.
- Capable to manage on site during set-up multiple suppliers.
- Graphic design degree and experience in designing, creating and drawing windows.
- can work under pressure and night shifts
- Smart presentation and Fashion passionate.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a Retail environment (luxury brand)
- Fluent in English/ Arabic and French are a plus
- GCC experience is an advantage and poses good contacts with suppliers.
