VP of Performance Management and Organisational Development

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading Abu Dhabi banks, is looking for an experienced, UAE National, HR Professional, to join their team in the capacity of VP of Performance Management and Organisational Development.

The role is a comprehensive one which would require the successful candidate to complete the following:
- Build a structure for the growth of the bank
- Devise an ongoing manpower plan
- Coordinate with other teams on the design of strategy for the future of the business
- Update and contribute to the organisation chart for the business
- Manage the departments budgeting
- Complete job evaluations
- Set objectives and KPIs for the teams
- Monitor and develop the employee appraisals
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions

Requirements

- UAE National
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- BSc/MBA with a strong HR focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong OD background
- Experience of working with job evaluations
- History of successful design of strategy and implementation
