Warehouse Incharge

Job description / Role

Objectives: To efficiently maintain the stock in the warehouse.

Main responsibilities:
- To correctly maintain the stock in the warehouse.
- We have a gigantic range of products, so you should have experience in dealing with over 1000 products.
- To be able to delegate tasks and supervise subordinate staff.
- Maintain a manual entry register as well as a Microsoft Excel sheet for all internal product transfers.
- Ability to motivate himself and subordinate staff when there is a work overload and extra hours are required.

Reporting to: Managing Director
Subordinates: Worker staff
Other interactions: Sales department, Logistics Manager
Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 2 weeks
Working Hours: Sat-Thu 8am - 6pm (Summer timings Sat-Thu 6am - 12:30pm & 3:30pm - 7pm)

Gross monthly base salary: AED 1800 - 2000
Commission / Bonus: Overtime will be paid for extra work hours.
Other Benefits: Housing provided by Company; Biennial airline ticket

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel

Nature and length of previous experience:
- Store keeping or warehouse management experience

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Leadership ability
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Languages known
