Warehouse Manager up to 10k Aed for a Trading Company in Sharjah
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop of warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Oversee the inventory levels of businesses.
- Lead a team of inventory or warehouse employees to receive and record new stock as its delivered and shipped out.
- Duties of warehouse employees include recording daily deliveries, evaluating new shipments, and analyzing different suppliers, physical count of stock, monthly reporting of physical inventory count report. slow moving stock, non-moving stock, stock order quantity, stock order label.
- Manage team of installers who are responsible for installing the Chandeliers/fashion lighting/luxurious lighting and major components
- Schedule and oversee the installation of products.
- Ensure adherence to sales order specifications and established policies and procedures
- Additional duties as store responsible person as needed
Requirements
- POSITION: Warehouse Manager
- SALARY: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Trading company for Lighting and Electrical Products
- LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any nationality
- Male, 30 - 42 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 5-10 years of strong similar experience in GGC/UAE with exposure in lighting, electrical products or retail industry
- Strong experience in day to day store operations as Warehouse Manager
- Extensive skills to maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment
- Strong profit and loss accountability

- Proven successful experience as a retail manager
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Strong Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Surveillance Skills and Inventory Control
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
