Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Financial Consultant, you will be required to work closely with clients to understand their financial planning and wealth management needs. You are required to prospect and communicate with potential clients, to give the guidance and advice they need to realise their personal financial goals whilst maximising the high earning, Tax-Free local environment.

We will provide you with:
• Comprehensive and extensive ongoing full training and development to achieve international financial adviser qualifications (CISI, International Certificate of Wealth and Investment Management)

Requirements

Successful consultants have the ability to secure business whilst building trusting, long-term client relationships. A tenacious, driven and highly motivated attitude is required from the outset to succeed.

Candidates are required to have fluency in professional English communication to incorporate information gathering/fact finding and direct client facing presentation experience to a diverse range of Expatriates, at all levels of income/wealth.

We are looking for:
• Financial/Banking, consultative, sales, business development, account management experience or equivalent
• Top performing, trustworthy, motivated, hardworking, proactive, entrepreneurial and target driven individuals
• Mature individual of 27 years and above, however, a junior position may be made available if younger
• Excellent all around relationship building, communication and presentation skills to all levels
• Eagerness to build or further a career in the international financial services industry
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international, professional team environment
• Experience within international financial services is a bonus, not a prerequisite
• You will receive an intensive training program in products, services and consultation/presentation advice before you arrive in location and then will be provided with an ongoing training support program in location. This will include training and study towards CISI international qualifications.
