Employment: Full Time

The Web Analyst will work with the Analytics Manager and be responsible for delivering high quality data analysis, insight and recommendations into website and traffic performance. This will include using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO keyword tracking tools such as SEMRush, and competitor tracking tools such as SimilarWeb.

The Web Analyst will also be our internal ‘champion’ of all things web analytics. This includes being seen as the web analytics expert in the company, ensuring that the business adheres to all tagging best practices and processes, and rolling out appropriate Google Analytics training both internally and to clients.

The Web Analyst will also need to work with relevant teams across the business to ensure their insight and recommendations are delivered, and also that the impact of this activity is fully measured.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the following:
• Web Analytics. You will carry out ongoing technical audits as per the managers guidance across our websites to identify areas that improve the measurement of traffic, conversion and response. You will spec out required tagging changes, and work with the Product and Dev teams to ensure this work is tested and delivered.
• Insight. Using tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, SimilarWeb PRO, SEMRush and internal data, you will be conducting ongoing analysis of these datasets to identify insight and opportunities that will grow traffic, conversion and response across all marketing channels. You will feed these insights to stakeholders, and work with other internal teams to ensure your recommendations are actioned and measured.
• Product analysis - working with our product and marketing teams to provide insight in areas such as web conversion, package revenue performance, competitor products to ensure we have best in market products.
• Reporting. You will ensure that KPI reporting is automated and visualized in a way that's easy to understand and engaging for all stakeholders. This will involve using tools such as Google Data Studio to visualize and integrate data sources. You will make key stakeholders aware of significant trends from these reports
