Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a global multi national manufacturer of heavy plant machinery for the construction industry, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Manager.
The position will handle the Middle East market and will report to the senior management in the regional office in UAE and with a dotted line to the European Head office.The salary and package for the position is negotiable but will include a good basic salary, housing, car, and bonus. Schooling can be discussed if the successful candidate has school age children living in the UAE.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be Western or Arabic educated and have experience in the Middle East region working at management level in in Customer Service within the heavy plant machinery industry.
Ideally you will be working for one of the multi national plant machinery manufacturers regional offices in the UAE or in the Middle East region. You could also come from one of the large plant machinery dealerships if you are in a customer service management role.
