Job description / Role
You must be based in Dubai.
You must be happy to work a 5.5 day week, and be flexible to work long hours if required.
• Indirectly managing, procurement supply chain, logistics strategic sourcing planning and warehouse management
• P&L management
• Reporting to the owners x3 all western
• this company is privately owned
Requirements
• 10 years supply chain experience
• Currently at Director level
• 360 experience in supply chain procurement, warehousing, logistics and demand planning
• ERP experience
• Experience of managing a large team with large SKUs
• You must have food service, catering, food supply industry experience
• Solid p&l experience
• Confident, western and comfortable reporting to the owners
• Excellent management and motivation skills
