Job description / Role
An established boutique law firm in Dubai is looking for a Wills and Probate solicitor/lawyer with UK and preferably UAE experience as part of their expanding team . Having 3 years plus post qualification experience is required.
They should have full knowledge of UK /UAE probate procedures and have experience in drafting a variety of Wills.
Requirements
Being STEP qualified and having local knowledge of Sharia Law is highly desirable. They should have excellent written and spoken English and have strong people skills. They must also have strong business/marketing development skills and the desire to bring new clients to the firm. Should work with minimal supervision and manage their own caseload.
Fluent Arabic speaking and written skills are highly desirable.
