Winder Supervisor - Tissue Manufacturing

Job description / Role

Quest is in partnership with a large and successful FMCG manufacturer in the Middle East is looking for an experienced Winder Supervisor to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

• As a Winder Supervisor, you will mainly be in charge of supervising the team responsible for customizing products based on customer segments and specification.
• You will also be the responsible for machine maintenance, which includes monitoring equipment performance on asset health system and take proactive measures to address symptoms of potential failure.

Requirements

• Medium Education (Industrial)
• At least 8 years relevant experience
• Tissue manufacturing experience a must
• Double Width” machine knowledge required
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifts
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
