Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an Abu Dhabi based Facilities Management company. They are currently seeking a Work Scheduler / Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning work, mainly, daily, weekly, monthly, annual planned maintenance or reactive maintenance tasks, relating to a Facilities Management operation delivering TFM services to an Abu Dhabi based client. The role will report to the CAFM Manager and be focused on planning work through their CAFM system (Concept Evolution). They will understand contract compliance, KPIs and ideally have some knowledge of statutory compliance for services such as Fire safety and Water related systems.

• Mon – Friday (5 day week)
• Normal office hours
• Any nationality

Requirements

Requirements:
• CAFM system experience
• Work planning or scheduling experience
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Good general administration skills
• Diploma or degree level qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
