Work Winning Specialist - Dubai
AECOM are currently recruiting an experienced Work Winning Specialist to join the Work Winning team in UAE.
The duties of the role include (but are not limited to);
- Ensure the effective use of the AECOM Work Winning process and tools, for all bids, to optimize the opportunity of winning
- Facilitate and understand our win strategy and drive this into the bid
- Facilitate workshops/meetings featured in the WW process
- Identify all resources and skills required and ensure they are available when needed
- Support, providing direction, challenge and motivation to the bid team
- Manage the team’s input into client deliverables and bid timeline
- Manage and maintain all bid documents and send them to the appropriate functions for response/review/signature
- Ensure bid governance is actioned at the relevant stage in the bid process Identify and share lessons learned as inputs to the continuous improvement of the WW process and tool
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position, supporting and facilitating bid work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Highly effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills

- Strong relationship building skills
