Workshop Supervisor - Construction Equipment
We are recruiting a Workshop Foreman/ Workshop Supervisor for a successful and well known heavy equipment business. The Workshop Foreman/Workshop Manager will be based in Dubai. The role will involve leading a team of technicians looking after Construction equipment.
Requirements
A Workshop Foreman/Workshop Supervisor is required by a leading construction equipment dealer in Dubai.
* Good technical knowledge on construction machinery
* Ability to lead a team of technicians in the field and workshop
* Ability to communicate technically with customers
* Must have at least 3 years experience as a foreman in a dealership or 5 years if experience is with a non dealer
* Must have at least 5 years experience in one or more of the following brands: Case, JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo
* Must be based in the UAE
* Understand the fundamentals of how a dealer workshop functions
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety
* As 80% of technicians are from India, the role is most likely to suit an Indian national
Rewards:
* Salary is 5,000 - 6,000 AED per month
