Yardi Developer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Yardi Developer to join our IT team in Dubai, UAE. The Yardi Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Yardi software solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate industry processes and Yardi software development.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Yardi software solutions based on the organization's requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Yardi software enhancements
- Implement and maintain integrations between Yardi and other systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi software issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Yardi software solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Yardi software features and updates to provide recommendations for improvements

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Yardi Developer or similar role in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of Yardi software and its modules such as Yardi Voyager, Yardi Breeze, Yardi Investment Management, etc.
- Strong programming skills in languages like SQL, JavaScript, and XML
- Experience in customizing Yardi reports and creating dashboards for data visualization
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
