Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible on developing and implementing customer-centric strategy.
- Estimate segment market size and potential.
- Develop and implement youth strategy.
- Define and monitor distribution and targets per channel.
- Identify and develop potential partnerships to enhance the youth value proposition.
- Define and launch targeted offers and campaigns.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail banking and in marketing related roles / projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading international consulting company or on a strategic role for financial institution.
- Relevant University degree with outstanding academic records.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
- Self-driven and dynamic
