IT Executive

Job description / Role

- Any Graduate with minimum two years’ experience in IT hardware and networking field.
- Communication: English + Local language ( prefer Indian candidate)
- Provide first level support for Desktop & Networking issues.
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft OS & Office and other software’s / network printers etc.

Requirements

- Basic troubleshooting of Lan/ WiFi Network , Print Server & File Server etc.
- Able to resolve users IT issue through remote support.
- Assets Management.
- Good knowledge of vendor management.
- Must be willing to provide support 24 x 7 Hrs. as and when needed.
