Corporate Associate - 4 Years PQE - London

Charterhouse is working with an international private practice firm. Our client is expanding their well-established London office and is looking to hire a highly-educated and ambitious Corporate Associate with 2 to 4 years PQE to join their team.

You will work on complex joint ventures alongside a respected team with some of the finest clients in their industry. You will be required to use your already well-developed corporate knowledge, along with your ability to learn and develop new skills to add value to these top clients.

You will also establish admirable leadership skills and be committed to your continuing development as a Lawyer. You will cover all corporate levels and be expected to demonstrate this within the team.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Western educated at a top institution and have completed your training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm. You should be admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US, however applications from elsewhere will also be considered.It is essential you are experienced in public takeovers, private merges and acquisitions as well as equity capital markets.
