HR Technology, Change & Transformation (Management Consultant)

Frazer Jones is currently working with a number of mid-market and global management consultancies based in London that are looking to hire HR Technology professionals at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels.

With salary ranges of £50,000 - £150,000 + bonus + benefits, these positions all sit within an HR Transformation and HR Technology practice team or similar People & Change led team. These teams concentrate on understanding how HR technology can drive business performance, capability and transformational activity.

Requirements

We are interested in speaking to people with experience gained within any of the following: Workday, SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors, or Oracle Fusion.

Ideally you will be certified in either Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion or SAP HCM modules, and/or able to demonstrate experience of working on large-scale/global, high profile and complex implementation programmes, have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and gained an understanding of project management methodologies.

At Consultant level we are looking for individuals from an in-house environment, but the preference from Manager upwards would be experience gained within a similar client facing capacity and across multiple industry sectors. This will include leading clients through process configuration to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits of the HR Technology functionality; advise on technical integration; advise on data migration and integrity; and advise clients on the transformational aspects in relation to HR operating models, service delivery and process execution.

As these positions are client facing, you will play an active role in pre-sales, solutioning and bid development (more prevalent from Manager upwards), be able to develop strong relationships with clients and senior leadership teams, and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will need to be geographically mobile both in the UK&I and across EMEA.
