Employment: Full Time

Opportunity for a bright individual to undertake a rewarding role in a busy team for one of our clients. The company is a well-known, high profile Property Developer with the headquarters in Dubai, and many branches spread out across multiple continents. They currently have a presence in the UAE, UK, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi Arabia with further global expansion plans under-way.

The role itself is based in their London branch. Salary will start from £5000 basic per month and a competitive commission structure, while the salary being negotiable depending on abilities.

The purpose of this job is to build the team, motivating and delivering sales targets on a monthly basis. The right candidate will have experience running sales teams and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of sales professionals
- Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives
- Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance.
- Exposure to regional and global markets
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets

Requirements

- 5 plus years in sales
- Preference would be given to candidates who have 5-7 years handling Property Sales, Mortgage, Life Insurance Sales, and Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
- Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate / Mortgage/ Automotive / Time Share / FMCG / Insurance industry

Functional & Technical Skills:
- Strong sales activity management experience
- Lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets

Behavioural Skills:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- A good negotiator and a strong leader
- Drive & passion to roll up the sleeves and get the job done
