Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional Guidelines for a defined group of patients and take responsibility for:

- The assessment of care & health education needs
- The development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including discharge planning for each patient.
- To maintain effective communication with patients and family members
- To participate in clinical supervision as appropriate and to teach and act as a facilitator / mentor / preceptor / role model to less experienced staff.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting post registration
- Demonstrate effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures
- Ability to clear Academic IELTS with 7 or above on Speaking, Writing, Listening & Reading.
