Corporate Associate - 2 to 6 years PQE - New York

Charterhouse is working with an international private practice firm. Our client is expanding their already well-established office and is looking to hire a highly-educated and ambitious Corporate Associate with 2 to 6 years PQE to join their team in New York.

Working under the supervision of the Partner and Senior Associates, this position is situated within the mergers and acquisition practice group. You will possess solid mergers and acquisition experience and be open to work within US securities and equity capital markets. This is an exceptional opportunity to relocate to a ‘white shoe firm’ from jurisdictions such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Western educated at a top institution and have completed your training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm. You should be admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US, however applications from elsewhere will also be considered.
