Regional Managing Director - America

A leading global security services group, specialising in the distribution of high value goods and a variety of integrated security solutions is looking to hire Regional Managing Directors for their America business, all of which will report directly to the CEO of the group.

The key responsibility of this role will to deliver EBIDTA and return on investment in accordance with the agreed business plan and strategy for the designated region.

Requirements

The successful incumbent will have at least 10-15 years’ experience occupying a senior management role and a proven track record in a customer facing operation in a global / MNC environment, ideally in the service sector. Coupled with previous experience as a Managing Director / leader of a business unit with the potential to develop beyond this job title and associated responsibilities. A proven track record of hiring and managing effective teams is essential.

Exceptional communications skills and fluency in English is essential.
