Western Engineering Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for Western Engineering Manager to work for a consultancy on large scale Municipal civil infrastructure projects in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

Job Role:
- Responsible for overseeing structural Design
- Rough Grading & Soil Improvement.
- Dredging & Land Development.
- Port Infrastructure & Facilities.
- Roads & Utilities
- Management, development and planning of one of the construction
- Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project and monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and workmen
- Lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff
- Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of on-going operations
- Planning the resources
- Responsible for planning, co-ordinating and executing all technical and constructional aspects, delivering to program to or below budget.
- Prepare and present technical and fiscal project reports
- Attend and lead important site meetings
- You report directly to the Construction Manager or Project Director on the progress and output of your own teams and suppliers

Requirements

- Min 15 Years Design & Engineering management Experience
- The candidate shall be western and have significant experience working in these countries or working for major corporations based in such countries.
- Must have experience in Rough Grading & Soil Improvement, Dredging & Land Development or Port Infrastructure & Facilities.
- Bid Packages, DWG's, Spec's, BOQ
- Civil Engineering degree essential form a western university
