Supply Chain Director

Job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection and contract management.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing excess and carrying costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and technologies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Director of Supply Chain Management role will possess a combination of advanced education, extensive experience, and leadership qualities essential for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process within the organization.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management, demonstrating successful leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and demand planning software.
