Our client is a large-scale Retail company that has built a reputation of one of the top importers and distributors of luxury products in the GCC. They are currently looking to recruit a Barista to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, exceeding customer expectations.
• Possess a strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and various drink options.
• Be a master of latte art, creating beautiful and Instagram-worthy presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and pampered.
• Maintain a clean and sophisticated environment, collaborating with the retail staff to uphold the boutique's impeccable standards.
• Be a team player, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista.
• Impeccable communication skills, fostering positive interactions with all customers.
• Well-presented and professional demeanor.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
