Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media & PR Manager to join our team at Mondrian Doha and contribute to the evolution of our brand.

How your day looks like:

- Managing all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with our online community.
- Developing and executing PR campaigns to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
- Cultivating relationships with media outlets, influencers, and journalists to secure positive coverage.
- Coordinating and overseeing events to promote the hotel's brand image.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Additional responsibilities may include.

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in the hospitality sector, in 5-star luxury Hotels.
- A passion for social media, coupled with a deep knowledge of analytics, the dynamics of social platforms, strategies for public relations, and outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to understand and translate brand direction and purpose into social ideas and content.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is required
