This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, and HR management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with HR policies and personnel management.
- Familiarity with governmental programs such as Jadarat and Taqat.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
