Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Accountabilities:
- Assists site with training reviews, updates, track, and coordinate with site personnel utilizing MAXIMO. Coordinate with supervision on upcoming training requirements.
- Researches administrative procedures and services given to the customer. Provides factual and accurate information to assist management in improving customer service.
- Exercises sound judgement on routine administrative matters and prioritizes work accordingly.
- Professionally coordinates with site personnel to accomplish tasks given by supervision.
- Compiles data and prepares reports for site management approval and electronic distribution.
- Schedules and maintains appointment calendar for the site manager, prioritizes if necessary.
- Prepares minutes of various periodic site meetings.
- Utilizes human resources database to compile manning reports; updates data as required.
- Liaises with PSO-HR for reconciliation of Emirati manning figures, vacancy status and other HR data.
- Monitors/tracks employee evaluation reports and annual performance assessments for UAE.
- Maintains, reviews and updates site directives, appointment letters and telephone listings.
- Prepares documents pertaining to site manning allocations/changes as directed by the Site Support Superintendent and/or Site Manager.
- Monitors company website for updates on Work Instructions and SOP's; notifies personnel of updates/changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- Possession of a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license preferred.

Experience & Education :
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree or Certification in Human Resources preferred.
- Three years experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Three years experience in a clerical/administrative environment required.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
- Works in normal office environment.
- Light to moderate lifting as required carried out in an office environment.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
